About the Role

Duties include conducting position evaluations, job classifications, consulting on job descriptions, participating in salary surveys, market analysis, assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions, and ensures compliance with regulations and labor laws.

This position maintains job codes, positions, pay practices, and reporting structures in our system and conducts audits of compensation and employee data to ensure system integrity.


  • 2 Years Human Resources Or Human Resources - Compensation Required

  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Or Business Administration Or Related Field Required - And Master's Degree Related Field Preferred

  • Professional experience in Human Resources Preferred
